Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relaxed the condition "the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in three months starting from February 2021 in Crl.MP.No.8546 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.10277 of 2020 order dated 23.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.STALIN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/S. KRITIKA KAMAL .P, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This application is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.8516 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10277 of 2020.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed.
