Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to appoint the employee of the Applicant viz. Mr.Deepak Rajoriya, Territory Manager https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ - Collections as Receiver to seize and take possession of the vehicle which
/ 2 / is more fully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons which is lying in the custody of respondent or respondent's men, agents, servants from respondent premises or wherever found with Police aid and break open of premises if necessary.
This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:
By order dated 05.04.2019, this Court had appointed one Mr.Deepak Rajoriya, Territory Manager-Collections as Receiver to seize and possess the vehicle, which is morefully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons.

Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the vehicle has been seized by the receiver and the same has been handed over to the applicant.
3. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this application and accordingly the same is closed.
