ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 30.12.2014.

2. The representation submitted by the petitioner reveals that the petitioner sought for a updation of details regarding dealership operation in dealer portal.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/Oil Corporation, made a submission that the dealership itself has been cancelled on 27.07.2017.

4. Since the dealership was cancelled, the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition to consider the representation would not arise at all.
