ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks police protection for surveying the land.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that if the Surveyor makes any request for police protection, if necessary, the respondent police is ready to provide protection.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent police to act in accordance with law if any request for police protection is sought by the Surveyor while measuring the land of the petitioner.
