Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the interim order dated 29.06.2015 made in I.A.No.990 of 2015 in O.S.No.292 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Perambalur.

ORDER

The revision petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.292 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Perambalur. The respondent is the defendant therein. The suit is for declaration and for permanent injunction in respect of the suit schedule property. While so, the respondent herein, who is the defendant filed an application in I.A.No.990 of 2015 for interim injunction and the Trial Court has granted interim injunction.

2.This revision petition is filed as against the order of interim injunction in I.A.No.990 of 2015 in O.S.No.292 of 2013, dated 29.06.2015. While granting order of interim injunction, the Trial Court made it clear that the revision petitioner shall not alienate the disputed property concerned in the suit, during the pendency of the suit. The revision petitioner seeks for disposal of civil revision petition with a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit at the earliest date.

3.In the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly when the respondent herein has obtained interim injunction in the suit filed by the plaintiff, I am inclined to dispose of the civil revision petition, with a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.292 of 2013 within a period of three months from today. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
