The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections Section 169, 296, 115(2), 351(3) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.07 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, the respondent police have filed 1/3

alteration report before the learned Additional Mahila (Judicial Magisterial Level), Alandur on 26.02.026 invoking offence under Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes ( Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and in such view of the matter, the present application seeking anticipatory bail is not maintainable.
