O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 25.06.2015 in CSR.No.166/2015 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard Mr.Durai Gunasekaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending before the respondent in C.S.R.No.166 of 2015.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously in C.S.R.No.166 of 2015 and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
