O R D E R
This Court by order dated 03.02.2016 directed the petitioner to make a fresh representation along with a copy of this order to the fourth respondent, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the fourth respondent, shall in turn forward it to the third respondent immediately.
On receipt of the said representation from the fourth respondent, the third respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks, thereafter. 2.Accordingly, the petitioner has also submitted fresh representation along with the copy of the said order. Since the said order has not been complied with, the petitioner filed the present contempt petition. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate submitted that necessary orders has been passed as early as on
10.03.2016, she has also produced the copy of the said order before this Court.
4. Recording the submission so made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives in this contempt petition. Hence, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
