This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.7 with regard to executing the bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ulundurpet imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6674 of 2023 in Crime No.114 of 2023 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's father is no more and his mother is a Senior Citizen and she is unable to appear before this Court. The petitioner's sister is residing at Puducherry and she is not ready to stand a surety. He would submit that the petitioner's cousin is ready to stand the surety and, therefore, the order dated 24.03.2023 may be modified accordingly. Page 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6674 of 2023 dated 24.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties (out of which, one shall be the cousin of the petitioner, who should produce document to show his/her means), each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ulundurpet. The all other conditions shall remain unaltered.

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
