Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for R1. Mr.P.Arumugarajan, learned standing counsel takes notice for R2. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for mandamus directing the second respondent to implement the directions issued by the first respondent dated 07.07.2018.

3. The petitioner is the owner of the subject matter premises, which was taken on lease by the respondents for running a Tasmac Shop. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though, the second respondent had issued a direction on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

07.07.2018, to open the said shop in the said premises, till this day, neither the shop is opened nor the rent is paid to the petitioner.

4. Mr.P.Arumugarajan, learned standing counsel, who takes notice for the second respondent, based on instructions, submitted that the shop will be opened within a period of four weeks and therefore, the petitioner's apprehension is without any basis.

5. Recording the above said submission made by the learned standing counsel for the second respondent, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
