ORDER

These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 797 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent viz., Mr.Kandavel, set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole respondent and to bring on record the proposed respondents as legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent in A.S.No.278 of 2018 respectively.

2. Though notice has been served on the respondents and their names have also been printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of the respondents. 2/5

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
