This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent herein to issue a certificate stating both the names 'Shanthi' and 'Santhalakshmi' refer to the same person, i.e., the petitioner herein, based on the representation dated 15.12.2022 enabling her to get the provident fund from the second respondent.

2. Though the petitioner has made a representation to the first respondent on 15.12.2022 to issue a certificate stating that both the names of 'Shanthi' and 'Santhalakshmi' refer to the same person, i.e., the petitioner herein, the first respondent / Tahsildar, has no power to issue the certificate.
