O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent to register an FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.05.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.M.Kempraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the complaint has been sent by post to the Commissioner of Police. Hence, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Crime Branch and on receipt of the same, the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Crime Branch shall assign the case to his Subordinate Officer for enquiry and take action in accordance with law.
