respondent dated 29.06.2018 in Proceedings No.07/05/2017/PDY relating to the Industrial Dispute, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 31.10.2023.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
