I.A.No.285 of 2008 in O.S.No.72 of 2006 pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruvannamalai.

2. Mr. H.Manojin, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this matter has been settled between the parties and hence, he seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
