PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records on the file of the 2nd respondent pertaining to Na.Ka.No.7181/2013/A7 dated 17.05.2013, Roc.No.7181/2013-1/A7 dated 28.05.2013 and Roc.No.7181/2013/A7 dated 28.05.2013 and quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents herein to permit the petitioner to retire from service on 31.05.2013 AN and to grant him all consequential retirement and pensionary benefits.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent pertaining to Na.Ka.No.7181/2013/A7 dated 17.05.2013, Roc.No.7181/2013-1/A7 dated 28.05.2013 and Roc.No.7181/2013/A7 dated 28.05.2013 and quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents herein to permit the petitioner to retire from service on 31.05.2013 AN and to grant him all consequential retirement and pensionary benefits.

It is represented by the learned Government Advocate that the charges have been dropped and a copy of the letter e/f/vz;/7181-2013-C1 dated 01.03.2024 is also circulated to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner would however request that the consequential benefits, if any, may be granted to the petitioner pursuant to the said letter dated 01.03.2024 and the learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objections to that.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of. The connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs. 20.06.2024 Index :
