Prayer : - This petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order dated 28.07.2021 passed in W.P.No.28873 of 2017.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the order dated 28.07.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.28873 of 2017.

2.The learned Additional Advocate General is present. 3.It is stated that G.O.Ms.No.306 dated 08.08.2023 Rural Development and Panchayat Raj E-7 Department had been issued, whereby the directions given in W.P.No.28873 of 2017 had been complied with and the probation of the petitioner had also been declared. It is also stated in the

Government order that the said declaration of probation should not be treated as a precedent. The statement is also recorded. Any consequential proceedings to be issued may also be issued by the respondents. 4.Since there has been compliance, the appearance is not required for any of the official respondents to appear for before this Court. 5.In view of the same, the contempt petition stands closed.
