The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 126(2), 115(2), 118(1) & 303(2) of BNS Act, 2023 and U/s.3 of the Tamil Nadu Property (Prevention of Damage C.KUMARAPPAN , J.

2. When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there is material in the First Information Report for invoking SC & ST Act. Hence, the present anticipatory bail petition is not maintainable.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
