Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in Para no.6(c) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in the order dated 12/03/2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.4502 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.GURUPRASAD, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL P. Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent Police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4502 of 2021, dated 12.03.2021 is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the trial Court on each and every date of hearing. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
