This application is filed by the intending plaintiff seeking leave to sue the respondents before this Court.

2.The plaintiff asserts that the loan was availed of in course of business by the defendants and that such loan was availed at Chennai within the jurisdiction of this Court.

3. Upon examining the draft plaint and upon considering the above submission, it appears that at least a part of the cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court. Accordingly, A. No.3346 of 2022 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to institute the suit against the respondents before this Court. As a corollary, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if otherwise in order.
