This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the entire proceedings under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA) in C.C.No.2 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge at Chenai (Special Court PMLA Act) in ECIR No.CEZO/19/2016, Chennai (CEZO) Zone, dated 19.12.2016 on the file of the respondent

2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the main C.C.No.2 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, has already been quashed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Crl.A.No.738 of 2022 by an order dated 05.05.2022.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
