Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the official Respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner Association and accordingly direct the Respondents 1 to 4 to take over the possession of the access road from the Old Mahabalipuram Road to the Happiness Towers, Aurum Township, Padur Village, Chennai developed by the 5th respondent Company from the 5th Respondent and accordingly maintain the same or ensure the maintenance of the same by the 5th Respondent Company by providing uninterrupted electricity supply to the street lights and security along with water supply, as per the Development Control Regulations vide G.O.Ms.No.130 Housing and Urban Development Department dated 14.06.2010 and the conditions of building plan approval. 2/6

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the official Respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner Association and accordingly direct the Respondents 1 to 4 to take over the possession of the access road from the Old Mahabalipuram Road to the Happiness Towers, Aurum Township, Padur Village, Chennai developed by the 5th respondent Company from the 5th Respondent and accordingly maintain the same or ensure the maintenance of the same by the 5th Respondent Company by providing uninterrupted electricity supply to the street lights and security 3/6
