O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the Department, on instructions, have brought to the notice of this Court that the subject document presented by the writ petitioner has already been registered by the Registering Authority vide its proceedings in Na.Ka.No.188/2023 dated 02.06.2023. Thus no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there

shall be no order as to costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
