O R D E R

The respondent is the wife of the revision petitioner. The petitioner filed the Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.101 of 2013 on the file of Principal Subordinate Court, Tindivanam, Villupuram District , for divorce.

2. The petitioner has filed the above Civil Revision Petition to conduct speedy trial of the case in H.M.O.P.No.101 of 2013 and to complete the trial within the stipulated time.

3. This court has taken a consistent stand of not issuing a direction to the Trial Court to complete the Trial without knowing the work load.

4. Since this court does not know the work load of the Trial Court and the H.M.O.P. is of the year 2013 only, I am not inclined to direct the learned Principal Subordinate Court, Tindivanam, Villupuram District to conduct speedy trial of the case in H.M.O.P.No.101 of 2013.
