(CRIME NO.1601/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in Para No.6(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in the order dated 03.11.2020 made in Crl.OP.No.17191 of 2020 by appreciating the above sated facts and circumstances. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.GURUPRASAD, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. KRITIKA KAMAL .P, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. She further submitted that no previous case is pending against the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17191 of 2020, dated 03.11.2020 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court each and every date of hearing.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
