ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Level at Alandhur to complete the trial in C.C.No.48 of 2018, within a time frame. 2.It is seen that a private compliant is lodged before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Level at Alandhur in C.C.No.48 of 2018 under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act as against the respondents 2 and 3.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents have availed loan from the petitioner to the tune of Rs.45 Lakhs and had not repaid the same. Hence, a complaint was lodged before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Alandhur, and was taken cognizance in C.C.No.48 of 2018 and it is still pending for trial. Hence, the petitioner seeks a direction to the Court below to complete the trial within a stipulated time.

4.It is seen that the C.C.No.48 is of the year 2018. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track level, Alandhur, to dispose of the C.C.No.48 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible and in any event, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner as well as the prosecution are directed to co-operate with the Court below in completing the proceedings within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
