..Respondent Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent in proceedings dated 27.02.2015 in Lr.No.SE/PEDC/PBLR/AO/RCS/AS/HT/F.79 TF/D.No.94/15, quash the same and consequently forbear the respondent from applying any tariff other than the tariff prescribed for private educational institutions to the electricity H.T. Service Connection No.79 obtained by the petitioner for use in the Medical College and Hospital.

O R D E R
The demand based on the revision of Current Consumption Bills issued by the respondent in proceedings dated 27.02.2015, is under challenge in the present writ petition.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner-Trust made a submission that in respect of Medical https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Institution, the petitioner-Trust need not pay the higher charges.
3. Questioning the revision of Current Consumption Bills, the petitioner has raised several grounds on merits.
4. This Court is of the considered opinion that the grounds raised on merits require an elaborate adjudication with reference to the documents and evidences. Thus, the petitioner-Trust has to approach the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum constituted under Regulation 18 of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Supply Code.
5. The petitioner even in the grounds raised factual descriptions to establish that the revision of Current Consumption Bill is erroneous. To establish all these aspects, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum for the purpose of redressing his grievances. In the event of filing any such application by the petitioner, questioning the order impugned the period during which the writ petition was pending before this Court is to be taken into consideration for the purpose of condoning the delay, if any condone delay petition is filed by the petitioner. The Forum shall adjudicate the issues on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
6. With the abovesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
