ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to dispose the petitioner's Revision petition dated 10.07.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. According to the petitioner, against order passed by the second respondent rejecting the petitioner's application for regularization, she has filed a revision before the first respondent 10.07.2018. But, so far no order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Considering the fact and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's revision and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
