O R D E R

(Order of the Court delivered by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The reply given by the Registrar, Special Cell, High Court of Madras to the writ petitioner vide R.O.C.No.124886/2022/C1 dated 16.03.2023 is sought to be quashed in the present proceedings. 2.

The petitioner has submitted a complaint to the Registry of High Court on the administrative side to initiate appropriate action against the Staff Members who have committed dereliction of duty in the suit instituted in O.S.No.31 of 2008 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Tambaram, Chennai.

The Registry has examined the file with reference with the Sworn affidavit filed by the writ petitioner on 20.12.2022 and replied by stating that the grievances of the writ petitioner cannot be redressed on the administrative side of the High Court. Therefore, advised the petitioner to Page No.2 of 5

workout his remedy in the pending cases.

In the event of any fraud or otherwise, the petitioner can make out a case before the appropriate Court under the Criminal Procedure Code. However, the Registry on administrative side cannot interfere with such Judicial proceedings, which all are pending before the competent Civil Courts.

Thus, we do not find any infirmity in respect of the reply given by the 2nd respondent/the Registrar, Special Cell. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy to redress his grievances in the manner known to law.

With these clarifications, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
