C.M.P. No.7803 of 2021 in S.A. Sr. No.35640 of 2020 S.S.SUNDAR, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 63 days in filing the above second appeal.

2. Though notice was served on respondents, the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 is not present and the respondents 3 and 4 have not engaged any counsel to represent them. Since the petition is to condone the delay in filing the above second appeal and it is pending for a long time, this Court is inclined to dispose of this petition on merits.

3. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioner has given sufficient reasons for the delay to the satisfaction of this Court. Since the delay has been properly explained, this petition is ordered and the delay of 63 days in filing the above second appeal is condoned.
