By an order of this Court dated 27.02.2019, the District Munsif, Polur, Thiruvannamalai was directed to dispose the suit in O.S.No.126 of 2010 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This was pursuant to a request received from the District Munsif, Polur, Thiruvannamalai District vide letter dated 21.01.2019 in D.No.80.

2. Though the said order has been passed on 27.02.2019, during the interrugnum, another letter dated 16.04.2019 has been received stating that the time will expire on 20.04.2019 and hence sought for further extension.

3. Already three months has been extended, by the aforesaid order dated 27.02.2019 for the date of receipt of the order. Therefore, no further orders are necessary in this case and accordingly, the learned District Munsif, Polur, Thiruvannamalai is directed to dispose of the suit within the time stipulated by this Court.
