Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and hence, the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent filed a copy of the proceedings dated 03.11.2023 stating that the relief sought for by the petitioner has already been implemented. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also in view of the proceedings dated 03.11.2023 filed by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
