O R D E R

According to the revision petitioner, the revision petitioner has filed applications in IA.Nos.1306 and 1307 of 2013 in OS.No.478 of 2017 to reopen and recall PW1, which were allowed. The revision petitioner has also filed an application in IA.No.1308 of 2013, which was also allowed. Thereafter, the revision petitioner had to make an

endorsement on IA.Nos.1306 and 1307 of 2013 as not pressed, but endorsement was mistakenly made on IA.No.1308 of 2013, which was already allowed to mark the release deed dated 05.05.1999. Hence, the court below has refused to grant permission to mark the said document. Therefore, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court for the aforesaid prayer.

2. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is of the view that the present Civil Revision Petition is not maintainable. However, it is for the revision petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate court, if it is permissible under law, if so advised.

3. In the light of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
