ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.04.2018.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent Police submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 16.04.2018, an FIR in Crime No.317 of 2021, for offence under Sections 294(b), 448, 336 and 506(i) IPC was registered by the 1st respondent Police. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives in the above Criminal Original Petition and the same is closed.
