This Criminal Original Petition has been filed calling for the records pertaining in FIR No.16 of 2018 on the file of 1st Respondent viz. Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Tambaram and quash the same.

3. On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor also submitted that the petitioner had died. In view of the above reason, this Criminal Original Petition is closed as abated. Connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
