O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed praying to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order passed in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ W.P.No.24938 of 2015 dated 12/8/2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, produced a copy of the proceedings of the District Collector, Vellore District, dated 31/3/2016, wherein it is stated that charges have been proved and by way of punishment, 1/3rd deduction is ordered and the petitioner was also informed that liberty is granted to him to approach the appellate forum, if he is aggrieved by the said order of punishment.

3. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. mvs.
