PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to pass an order based on the representation made by us to the second and third respondents dated 07.03.2024 to release the stipend given to the students and pass orders.

ORDER
By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.03.2024.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is running a small garments center under the name and style as " Shivani Garments" and giving training to the tailors and the petitioner has registered with MSME skill training to the students and the same was recognized by the Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation. The Training programme comes under the Amma skill Training and Employment Scheme 2020 - 2021. 2/6
The third respondent has sanctioned the firm to give training vide order dated 16.09.2020 in Na.Ka.No.1675/E/2020. The grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent has wrongly entered the course code due to which the second respondent rejected the payment which was the stipend amount to be given to the students. Aggrieved over the same the petitioner filed an appeal before the second and third respondents and thereafter, it was agreed by the respondents that it was mistake committed by them and they have rectified the same. However, there was no response from them. Hence, the petitioner made another representation to the second and third respondents on 07.03.2024 and the same was not considered. Hence this petition.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice if this Court issues a direction to the second and third respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2024 and pass orders.

5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the representation of the petitioner will be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

Considering the facts of the case, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.03.2024 and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
