Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased To Modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14245 of 2017 dated 02.08.2017 as to report before the Inspector of Police, Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai instead of Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Tiruvannamalai District for interrogation daily at 6.30 p.m. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.MURUGESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K. MADHAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petitioner was granted Anticipatory Bail in Crl.O.P.No.14245 of 2017 on 02.08.2017 on certain conditions, one of which is condition 7(b) and it reads as under: "7(b) the first petitioner shall report before the respondent Police for interrogation daily at 6.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required and the second petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police for interrogation, as and when required."
2. The petitioner has filed the present application for modification of above the said condition on the ground that on account of his heart ailment, he is not able report before the respondent police.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner reported before the respondent police for six days and thereafter, he was not able to report before the respondent police on account of his heart ailment.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent submitted that the petitioner reported before the respondent police for six days.
5. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegation in the FIR and the fact that the petitioner had reported for six days and that the petitioner is suffering from heart ailment, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
