O R D E R

The revision petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.341 of 2012 on the file of Sub Court, Tambaram, Kancheepruam District. The respondents are the defendants in the suit.

2. The plaintiff filed the suit in O.S.No.341 of 2012 for recovery of possession and permanent injunction.

3. This court has taken a consistent stand of not issuing a direction to the Trial Court to complete the Trial without knowing the work load.

4. Since this court does not know the work load of the Trial Court and the Original Suit is of the year 2012 only, I am not inclined to direct the Sub Court, Tambaram, Kancheepruam District to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.341 of 2012.
