to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to effect change of name with respect to the service connection of the petitioner's property situated at Door No.3A/9A, 3rd Thangavelpillai Thottam, 3rd Street, Korukkupet, Chennai - 600 021 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2021. 2.

Admittedly, the land lord and tenant dispute is existing between the petitioner and the tenant. During the pendency of the said proceedings, the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition is not entertainable. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to redress his grievance in the manner known to law.
