( Criminal Jurisdiction ) Thursday, the Twenty Ninth day of April Two Thousand Twenty One PRESENT The Hon`ble Mr Justice M.DHANDAPANI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.5225 of 2021 IN CRL OP.16559/2020 RAJ @ RAJASEKARAN [ PETITIONER ] Vs STATE REP THROUGH [ RESPONDENT ] NANNILAM POLICE STATION, CRIME NO. 416 OF 2008 P.R.C NO. 2/2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.16559 of 2020 dated 03.02.2021 Petitioner shall report before the District Sessions Judge, Thiruvarur in S.C.No.27 of 2020 on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further order and the Petitioner shall also appear before the Respondent Police every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further order.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SUSEELA DEVI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.HARI,Govt.Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the learned District Sessions Judge, Tiruvarur, in S.C.No.27 of 2020 on all working days at 10.30 a.m until further orders. The petitioner shall also appear before the respondent police every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16559 of 2020,dated 03.02.2021 is relaxed. However,the petitioner is directed to report before trial Court on all the hearing dates. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
