(DELIVERED BY DR.S.VIMALA, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the husband of the detenue, seeking a direction to the respondents to produce his wife Sangeetha, before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Today, the detenue Sangeetha is produced before this Court by the respondent Police.
3. The detenue submits that after the marriage between her and the petitioner herein in the year 2010, no child was born to them, due to which, she suffered ill-treatment at her matrimonial home and therefore, she does not want to live along with the petitioner herein. However, she claims that as she has become major, she will be set at liberty.
4. Recording the same, the detenue Sangeetha, is set at liberty according to her well and wish and the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed accordingly.
