CRIME NO.2611/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.17892 of 2020 dated 17.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.P.YUVARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing him to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. She further submitted that now P.R.C. number has been assigned.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.17892 of 2020, dated 17.12.2021 is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court each and every date of hearing.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
