ORDER

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner for quite some time, this Court expressed its view that the appropriate remedy available to the petitioner is only before the civil court and that his grievance cannot be redressed through this writ petition. Following this observation, the learned counsel for the petitioner now seeks liberty for the petitioner to approach the civil court seeking for the relief as prayed for in this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the civil court. However, it is made clear that the civil court shall decide the matter uninfluenced by any of the observations made by the second respondent in the impugned order. No Costs. W.M.P.No.11797 of 2026 is closed.
