O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Additional District and Sessions Court, Krishnagiri District to complete trial in S.C.No.194 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case in S.C.No.194 of 2016 has been taken cognizance for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

offences under Sections 120(B), 302 r/w 201 of I.P.C. as against the respondents 2 to 6. The trial has already been commenced and the case is kept pending for examination of PW23 and PW24 from 10.10.2018 onwards. Hence, the present petition is filed.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Additional District and Sessions Court, Krishnagiri District is directed to complete the trial in S.C.No.194 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
