This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.06.2015 which was forwarded by the first and second respondents herein and investigate the case.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint has been sent by Email.

Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint in writing before the respondent police and on such receipt, the respondent police shall enquire the same and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
