Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material available on record.

2. This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the revision petitioner seeking for a direction to the learned District Munsiff, Mettupalayam to 1/4

dispose of R.L.T.O.P.No.3 of 2021 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

3. As seen from the record, the revision petitioner is a senior citizen and the petitioner has filed R.L.T.O.P.No.3 of 2021 on the file the District Munsiff, Mettupalayam seeking for eviction of the respondent. It is also brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that that since from the date of filing of above said petition, the case could not be proceeded as the presiding officer is not present.

4. Considering the circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the incharge of presiding officer to take up the matter and dispose of R.L.T.O.P.No.3 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. 18.04.2023 jai 2/4
