C O M M O N O R D E R This Court by an order dated 01.11.2023 directed the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur to dispose the C.C.No.179 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. Today, this matter is listed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with letter dated 04.07.2025 addressed to the Registry by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur requesting further four months to dispose the same.

3. This Court has perused the letter dated 04.07.2025 and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur, this Court is inclined to extend the time for a further period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to dispose the C.C.No.179 of 2018.
