These petitions have been filed to direct the respondents to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioners on 16.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaints have been sent by post and there is no proof that police have received the same.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioners are directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint in writing before the respondent police and on such receipt, the respondent police shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquire the same and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
