Comp.A.No.118 of 2024 in C.P.No.57 of 1998 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J., By this application, the Official Liquidator seeks permission to make payment of Rs.24,780/- (Rupees Twenty four thousand Seven hundred and Eighty only) to the Industrial and Technical Consultancy Organization of Tamil Nadu Limited (the "ITCOT") from and out of the funds of the company in provisional liquidation. The services of ITCOT were engaged to undertake valuation. Pursuant thereto, the ITCOT has submitted the valuation report dated 21.03.2024.

Therefore, this application is ordered as prayed for in clause (b) and (c) of the "Judge's Summons".
